CHINESE mobilemaker Vivo grabbed the top spot in the Indian smartphone market with a 22% market share, shipping 7 million units in the first quarter of 2025.
Samsung and Xiaomi secured the second and the third positions with 16% and 12% market share, respectively. According to Canalys, both tech giants saw annual declines in shipments—Samsung's shipments dropped by 23% and Xiaomi's by 38%
