Police arrest seven, seize two knives and blood stained clothes from accused; 3 at large
WHILE three are absconding, seven persons have been arrested in connection with the brutal murder of Nagavelli Rajalingamurthy, a complainant in the Medigadda barrage case.
Jayashankar Bhupalapally Superintendent of Police (SP) Kiran Khare told the media on Sunday that the murder was linked to a land dispute.
"The dispute involved Rajalingamurthy and the accused persons, Renukuntla Sanjeev, Pingili Semanth, More Kumar, Kothari Kiran, Renikuntla Komuraiah, Dasarapu Krishna and Renikuntla Sambaiah," he said, regretting that three suspects Kotha Hari Babu, Pula Naresh and Pula Suresh were still at large.
