EG to install E-POS at agri checkposts

East Godavari District Collector P Prasanthi announced that E-POS (Electronic Point of Sale) equipment will be installed at all six agriculture market committee check posts in the district to ensure digital collection of marketing cess.
The system will become operational within three days. She said the district will set up 12 E-POS machines across the check posts, making digital transactions mandatory for all staff.
