Issue title deeds to those without land records: Ex-councillor to civic body

FORMER Councillor N K Shyamsundar has demanded the city corporation to sanction the title deeds and the B-Khata by acquiring the land of those residents who have constructed houses based on the sale agreement and GPA in the city.
Talking to media persons here on Friday, Shyamsundar said the site holders have constructed the houses on the sites based on the sale agreement and GPA issued by the land owners. No objections were raised by the owners, and the residents have been living in those houses which do not have any cases in the court too. Such revenue sites prevailed in Hosamane, Sharavathi Nagara, Ashok Nagar, Vinobanagar, Milaghatta, Gundappashed, Manjunatha Extension, Kashipura, Gopala and other extensions of t
