Estranged couples reunited at National Lok Adalat in Udupi

THE National Lok Adalat held in Udupi on Saturday successfully reunited estranged couples who were on the path of getting divorced.
It was the time to exchange smiles and reunite with a couple who were separated for six years. The couple exchanged garlands and shared sweets, marking a joyful resolution to their estranged relationship.
Raghavendra Acharya of Soraba and Malati of Mandarthi Mudumane were married in April 2018 at Chamundeshwari Sabha Bhavan in Yadthady. But, shortly after the wedding, Malati returned to her parental home. Despite having a son, disagreements between the couple arose, and Malati refused to return to her husband's house.
