Dy chairman: Horatti has denied any such incident took place

DEPUTY chairman in the Legislative Council MK Pranesh condemned the arrest of BJP MLC C T Ravi even as chairman Horatti, when the incident was brought to his notice, reportedly said that, such an incident did not occur during the House proceedings and issued a note of warning to both parties to do some soul searching work.
Speaking to media persons here on Friday, he said that the chairman himself had asserted such an incident had not occurred inside the house after verification of video clippings and added Speaker's decisions are final.
