Digitalisation of govt depts will reduce burden from officials: Min

THE simplification of procedures for obtaining essential documents from the Revenue Department and the digitalisation of all government systems will help reduce the burden on officials and make services more accessible to the public, Minister for School Education, Literacy and District Madhu S Bangarappa said.
Speaking at the launch of the "Bhoosuraksha - Your Land Records e-Treasury" initiative at the taluk office here on Monday, Madhu said digitalisation would make it easier for citizens to access land records and other official documents.
