CONDEMNING the Union government for "neglecting" the welfare of people in Tamil Nadu by not "releasing" funds towards payment of compensation for crop loss in Cyclone Fengal, payment of wages under MGNREGS and funds for education, farmers walked out from the monthly grievance redressal meeting held at the district collectorate on Friday.
