True chauvinists are Hindi zealots who view resistance of Tamils as treason, says CM
STATING that demanding linguistic equality does not amount to chauvinism, DMK president and Chief Minister MK Stalin said chauvinism is denying Tamil Nadu its right (due share of funds from Centre) for refusing to 'swallow the poison' called National Education Policy (NEP).
In the ninth part of his series of letters against Hindi 'imposition' published in the party organ Murasoli, Stalin went on to say that true chauvinists and anti-nationals are the Hindi zealots who viewed their entitlement as natural but the resistance (of Tamils) as treason.
He also contended that chauvinism is naming the three criminal laws in a language that Tamils cannot even pronounce or comprehend.
