PSBs Should Aspire for Global Competitiveness

PUBLIC sector banks (PSBs) have moved beyond 'survival and stability' and are now positioned to play a larger role as champions of growth, innovation, and leadership, DFS Secretary M Nagaraju said in his speech at the conclusion of PSB Manthan 2025 in Gurugram on Saturday.
He stressed the need for banks to aspire for global competitiveness, strengthen governance, and expand their role across both traditional and emerging industries.
