Hit-and-run case: Driver arrested

THE Dehradun police have arrested the driver of a speeding Mercedes that mowed down and killed four labourers on Rajpur Road on Thursday.
Two others who were hit are undergoing treatment at a hospital.
Ajay Singh, senior superintendent of police, Dehradun, said Vansh Katyal, a resident of Durga Mandir Wali Gali in Moradabad, has been arrested.
