12 Held for Parading Gujarat Tribal Woman

A woman was disrobed, tied to a motorcycle, and paraded through Dhalsimal village for reportedly living with a man, police said on Friday.
Twelve people, including four women and as many minors, have been arrested in this regard.
The incident took place on January 28 in a village in Sanjeli taluka. According to Dahod Superintendent of Police Rajdeepsinh Jhala, the incident occurred when the woman's father-in-law led 15-20 people, including women and children, and kidnapped the victim. The perpetrators recorded the assault and shared it on social media, which alerted local authorities.
