ADDING a new dimension to the public interest petition concerning Rahul Gandhi's alleged British citizenship, petitioner Vignesh Shishir has filed a review petition in the Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court presenting new videos and documents procured from London, Vietnam, and Uzbekistan.
