THE UDF has raised serious allegations regarding irregularities in the ward delimitation and boundary determination process in Vadakara. The party claims that municipal officials violated guidelines set by the Delimitation Commission and provisions of the Kerala Municipal Act. According to UDF, 13 wards in the municipality exceeded the permissible population deviation of 10%, while 10 wards fell below this limit after the delimitation process.
