Cops suspect involvement of more people in racket that sells drugs to minors & abuse them
The investigation into the incident in which minor students were drugged and sexually abused in Kuttiadi has extended to more people. The investigation has been handed over to the Nadapuram DySP.
Although the main accused are Kallad native Kuniyil Ajnas, 34, and his wife Misri, 31, who were arrested in the case, the police suspect that more people are involved in the network, which sells drugs to minors.
In response to the incident, local residents, party workers and youth organisations have been protesting at the Kuttiadi police station and the Nadapuram DySP office, claiming that the local police investigation is not satisfactory.
