The long-standing demand for a bridge connecting Oodupuzha and Anchuthuruthu in Panavally panchayat continues to face delays, as authorities await a revised administrative sanction from the government. Though an extraordinary gazette notification has extended the deadline for land acquisition by another year, starting from May 21, the actual commencement of construction remains uncertain.
