Inspection by health dept found school's well water 'unusable'; school reopening postponed to Wednesday
AROUND 22 students of Edamulackal Government Jawahar High School have been infected with jaundice this week, forcing the temporary closure of the school. Health officials confirmed that, currently, around 20 students are undergoing treatment in various hospitals across the district. According to officials, the outbreak was triggered by contamination of the school's well water.
