AMID complaints of technical glitches and overcharging during the re-evaluation process for the CBSE Class XII papers on its portal, the Education Ministry has announced two measures to rectify the issues.

IIT experts, banks told to help CBSE fix payment, tech glitch for revaluation

Experts from IIT Madras and IIT Kanpur will assist the board in the process, and four public sector banks will create payment protocols to facilitate a smooth refund process.

Students applying for revaluation for scanned mark sheets on May 21 and 22 reportedly faced massive server disruption due to heavy traffic and were overcharged between ₹8,000 and ₹67,000 instead of ₹100 per subject.
