CHITTUMALA block panchayat is proving that age is no barrier to happiness. Setting a new precedent, the governing body has launched 'Smart Seniors' — a project intended to brighten up the lives of isolated senior citizens through outings, movie screenings, and social activities. This initiative provides much-needed support and companionship to elderly people who face loneliness due to various reasons.
