Ask Pak to end support to terror, Turkey told

Amid strained diplomatic relations, India on Thursday called on Turkiye to urge building ties on mutual respect and sensitivity to each other's core concerns and asked it to press Pakistan to dismantle its decades-old terror infrastructure and halt support for cross-border terrorism.
"We expect Turkiye to strongly urge Pakistan to end its support to cross-border terrorism and take credible and verifiable actions against the terror ecosystem it has harbored for decades," MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said. He added: "Relations are built on the basis of sensitivities to each other's concerns."
