Rly reservation chart to be out 8 hours ahead of departure

As part of its efforts to ease passenger comfort, the rail ministry is planning to release reservation charts eight hours prior to a train's departure.
Currently, the charts are released four hours before the scheduled departure. The new system is expected to come into effect from next month.
