PRIME Minister Narendra Modi said on Sunday that the families of the victims of the recent Pahalgam terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir will receive justice, and the perpetrators and conspirators will face the harshest response ever imagined. Addressing the nation through his monthly radio programme 'Mann Ki Baat', Modi expressed deep anguish over the attack that claimed the lives of at least 26 civilians, mostly tourists.
