A Big Push Towards Promoting Green Transport, Less Congestion on the Roads, and Resolving the Acute Shortage of Parking Space
Expected to be a game changer, this initiative is a big push towards promoting green transport. However, the response of techies to the introduced e-feeder services in the Kakkanad terminal-Infopark has resulted in a campaign among the Infopark authorities exhorting them to switch to the Water Metro, thereby lowering the use of personal vehicles.
Park authorities have put out a poster campaign urging the techies to use the public transport system that has many benefits including green transport, less congestion on the roads, and resolving the acute parking congestion faced inside the campus.
