Stir Over Pending Scholarship for Sanskrit Students

SANSKRIT teachers from Kasaragod, under the aegis of Kerala Sanskrit Teachers Federation, have staged a protest at the district education office, demanding that the state government disburse the pending scholarship for the students.
Though the results were announced shortly after the scholarship examinations—conducted six months ago—the students from LP and UP schools who opted for Sanskrit are yet to get the scholarship amount.
