Shooting of Kasaragod Woman's Debut Film Mumtha Begins

FARZANA P is poised to make history with her debut feature film, "Mumtha," produced by the Kerala State Film Development Corporation Ltd (KSFDC).
The Chowki, Kasaragod resident will become the first woman from the district to direct a film under the KSFDC banner, telling the story of a teenage girl, Mumtha, and her emotional struggles with her mother.
The initial shoot, spanning 25 days, will be filmed entirely in Kasaragod.
