Removal of Oommen Chandy's stone plaque a big mistake

KANNUR DCC president Martin George has strongly criticised the replacement of the original stone plaque commemorating the inauguration of the children's park and sea walkway at Guest House near Payyambalam, originally opened by former chief minister Oommen Chandy on May 15, 2015.
He alleged that the plaque was removed and replaced with a new one crediting current Tourism Minister P A Muhamed Riyas with the inauguration of the same project.
