Cops kept an eye outside schools across district to monitor, prevent student-related clashes
CLASS X students across the district were left stunned as they stepped out of their schools after their SSLC exams only to find their parents waiting outside to escort them home. What seemed like an unexpected gesture of care soon turned out to be a precautionary measure taken by school authorities in response to recent incidents of student-related clashes and cases of students going missing after school hours in various parts of the state.
At Model Boys Higher Secondary School, students were not even given a moment to gather with friends or bid farewell after their last exam on Wednesday.
