Infy profit up 11% to ₹6.8k crore; revenue guidance increased

IT services company Infosys on Thursday posted a 11.4% growth in net profit at ₹6,806 crore for the third quarter ending December 2024, beating Street estimates, compared to ₹6,106 crore in the same quarter last year.
The company's revenue from operations in the third quarter stood at ₹41,764 crore, a 7.6% increase compared to ₹38,821 crore in the year-ago period.
The company's operating margin stood at 21.3%, an increase of 0.8% y-o-y. For FY25, the company has raised its revenue guidance from 3.75%-4.5% to 4.5%-5.0%, based on its strong performance in this quarter.
The company has retained its margin guidance at 20%-22%.
