Labour and Education Minister V Sivankutty inaugurated the newly constructed building at Uppala GHS School, developed under the KIIFB scheme at a cost of Rs 1 crore.
He also inaugurated a building at Kanvathirtha Government LP School, completed under the Kasaragod Development Package at a cost of Rs 1.11 crore, a new building at GBLPS Bombrana, constructed at a cost of Rs 1.38 crore and another newly built facility at Kanathur Government UP School, developed at a cost of Rs 1.34 crore
