CM must implement census to aid oppressed: Vinay

STATING that the caste-based socio-economic-educational survey report is not a census, Swabhimani Balaga state president and defeated Lok Sabha candidate from Davanagere GB Vinay Kumar on Friday said the state government has stated that it is a survey of the economic, educational and social status of all castes and religions.
He said the exploited should make demands and not the powerful. "Let us all come together and fight for the caste census report to be implemented, and claim our rights," he added.
