HOURS after being placed under suspension by DGP YB Khurania, Kujang IIC Tapan Nahak was arrested by Jagatsinghpur Town police on Wednesday for allegedly cheating a lady home guard on the false promise of marriage.
Police said Nahak sexually exploited the 29-year-old home guard under the pretext of marriage when he was the additional IIC of Jagatsinghpur police station two months back. The victim was also posted in the same police station.
