23-year-old arrested for raping minor

GOLANTHARA police on Thursday arrested a 23-year-old youth for allegedly kidnapping and raping a minor girl.
The accused was identified as Saania Badanayak of Panigand village in Gajapati district. The victim was pursuing a nursing course at a private college in Kanisi.
