Justice K Lakshman, hearing the batch of criminal appeals filed on May 19, 2025, during the court's vacation sitting, ordered bail to Janardhan Reddy, a director of OMC who is listed as Accused No. 2 (A-2) in the case. Janardhan Reddy was directed to furnish a personal bond of ₹10 lakh with two sureties to the satisfaction of the trial court.
