Woman killed for refusing to hand over Maiya aid

A woman in Jharkhand's Garhwa has allegedly been killed by her in-laws over her refusal to hand over the financial aid she received under the Maiya Samman Yojana to them.
The deceased has been identified as Shakeena Bibi, the wife of Khurshid Ansari of Garhwa's Mangaon village.
