A call for bandh has been given by various Dalit organisations in Hubballi and Dharwad on Thursday to demand action against Union Home Minister Amit Shah for his alleged controversial remarks made against Dr B R Ambedkar in the Parliament in New Delhi on December 17.
The organisations that have called the bandh said they have urged the public, business establishments, transport department, pro-Kannada activists and others to extend their support to the bandh.
