Pvt schools issuing TCs to students who scored below 50% in grade 9
GOVERNMENT schools in Koppal district are witnessing a surge in admissions for SSLC as many private schools are reportedly issuing transfer certificates to students who scored below 50% in their grade 9 final exams.
Parents allege this is a deliberate move by private institutions aiming to maintain a 100% pass rate in board exams.
According to a source in the Education Department, over 300 students have been transferred from private to government schools across Koppal district.
