Prime accused in Armstrong murder case dies at GH

P Nagendran, a life convict who was named as the prime accused in the murder of former Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) TN president K Armstrong, died at Government Stanley Hospital in Chennai on Thursday.
Nagendran was admitted to the hospital after his health deteriorated due to long-term illness, including liver damage. The 52-year-old history-sheeter was awaiting a liver transplant, sources said.
