The rumblings within the BSP intensified on Monday when party chief Mayawati expelled her nephew Akash Anand from the party "in the interest and the movement of Bahujan Samaj."
Serving another major jolt to Akash's political ambitions a day after his removal from the post of BSP's national coordinator, Mayawati decided to expel him following his reaction to his dismissal through a long post on X.
