ADANI Defence Systems and Technologies (ADSTL), through its venture Horizon Aero Solutions, in partnership with Prime Aero Services, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% stake in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) service provider Indamer Technics (ITPL).
