No cap on prices of cars for Guv, CM and judges in Maha vehicle policy

THE Maharashtra government has approved a new vehicle policy that permits the governor, chief minister, deputy chief ministers, high court judge, and Lokayutka to buy vehicles of their choice without any cost restrictions.
However, the ministers and secretaries are limited to a certain amount when purchasing vehicles for office use, as per a Government Resolution (GR).
Since the vehicles have become more expensive now and inflation has also increased, the state has decided to expand the limit for purchasing the vehicles, the GR adds.
