THE arrest of a journalist who works for a digital news portal in Guwahati for allegedly abusing an unnamed tribal while trying to question the managing director of a cooperative bank over corruption charges has triggered a massive backlash.
Scribes held a demonstration on Wednesday to protest his arrest.
