AP Cabinet Okays 2.16 Acre Land to TCS in Visakhapatnam for 99 Paisa

ANDHRA Pradesh cabinet that met under the leadership of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday allotted 21.16 acres of land in Visakhapatnam for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) at a symbolic lease price of just 99 paisa. The land is located at IT Hill No.3 in the Port City.
Minister for IT, Electronics and Communications Nara Lokesh was instrumental behind the move. Lokesh visited Tata House in October last year and made a strong pitch for TCS to set up a large development centre in Andhra Pradesh. The company will invest ₹1,370 crore in this unit to create 12,0
