3 Days to Retire, Engineer Comes Under Vigilance Raids

Vigilance sleuths on Friday conducted extensive raids on the properties of an assistant executive engineer (AEE) of Ganjam block on charges of possessing disproportionate assets.
The engineer, identified as Susil Kumar Panda, is set to retire in three days.
Simultaneous raids at seven places revealed a staggering accumulation of assets which include a triple-storeyed building on 4,620 sq ft land in Berhampur's Ram Hari Nagar, a 2-BHK flat at Mukteswar Apartment in Ankuli, a 1-BHK flat in Puri, apart from six high-value plots in Bhubaneswar, Khurda and Berhampur.
