Man held for raping, killing minor in Odisha

A 4-year-old minor girl was raped and murdered in a village under Paikmal police station in the district on Friday.
The body of the deceased minor was found in a naked state from Soda forest in the block.
Police have also nabbed a 25-year-old man in connection with the incident.
According to sources, the accused took three kids on the pretext of fishing around 12 pm on Friday.
