DUE to goods and services tax (GST) reforms coupled with other policy measures, India will continue its economic growth momentum, create more employment opportunities and boost consumption, according to the Monthly Economic Review for September released by the Ministry of Finance on Monday.
In its latest monthly economic review, the ministry has struck an upbeat tone on India’s growth prospects even as it flagged persistent global risks. But the ministry warned that external volatility may continue to be a concern for India.
