Bhujbal writes to Fadnavis, raises objections in Maha order on Maratha quota

NCP minister and Samata Parshad president Chhagan Bhujbal wrote to Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis on Tuesday, questioning certain ambiguous terms used in the Government Resolution for the issuance of Kunbi-OBC certificates to the Maratha community and demanding their immediate withdrawal and review.
Bhujbal warned that failure to clarify the issues he raised might lead to a potentially volatile situation in Maharashtra. He stated that the GR was issued under tremendous pressure from a powerful community, without being presented to the Cabinet and without considering the protests of OBCs.
