Will go it alone if not given enough seats in Assembly polls: LJP(RV) to its allies

Amid talks to finalize a seat-sharing pact ahead of the Bihar Assembly elections, Union minister Chirag Paswan's Lok Janshakti Party-Ram Vilas reportedly conveyed to its two key allies—BJP and JD(U)—on Sunday that it is willing to contest the state polls independently if not offered enough seats.
Arun Bharti—LJP(RV) MP from Jamui and brother-in-law of Paswan—asserted that the party could hold its own, pointing out how they also went solo in the 2020 state elections when the number of seats offered to them didn't meet their aspirations.
