Tiny TN village celebrates meteoric rise of son to ISRO top job

As the small Mela Kattuvilai village of around 100 families near Nagercoil in Kanniyakumari district celebrates its moment in history as its illustrious son V Narayanan took over as the new chairman of ISRO, his family members reminisced his perseverance, faith in education and personal sacrifices.
Narayanan was born in 1964 as the elder son of C Vanniya Perumal and S Thangammal.
