LEADER of Opposition in the Bihar Assembly Tejashwi Prasad Yadav was on Sunday appointed RJD’s working president in view of party chief Lalu Prasad’s health conditions.
A decision to that effect was taken in the RJD’s national executive meeting, held in Patna.
