TAMIL Nadu suffered a massive 145-run defeat against Karnataka in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy in Ahmedabad on Tuesday. Meanwhile. Delhi's season went from bad to worse as they lost to Tripura by 12 runs.

TN, who had one win in three games, were set a target of 246 thanks to Devdutt Padikkal's unbeaten 46-ball-102. The chase was out of question and Tamil Nadu were bowled out for a meagre 100 in just 14.2 overs.
